3. Performance-Based Pricing

Our services operate on a performance-based pricing model where clients pay only for qualified leads that respond to outreach efforts. Pricing ranges from $30 to $100 per replied lead, depending on factors including lead quality, target market complexity, channel requirements, and response time specifications.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about their business and target market
• Responding to qualified leads in a timely manner

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

All content, features, and functionality of the AstrionX platform are owned by AstrionX and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Clients retain ownership of their data and content provided to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

AstrionX's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients will be charged only for qualified leads delivered up to the termination date. All data will be securely deleted within 90 days of termination unless otherwise requested.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
